Job Description
Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a prestigious, well-established boutique law firm to find a highly capable and motivated case manager/paralegal. This position will join the pre-litigation team in their Fort Lauderdale office, reviewing files and preparing demands.
Applicant must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, must be able to exist in a fast paced environment and have 3 to 5+ years of pre-litigation experience in a high volume law firm. Further, applicant
MUST have excellent command of the English language and writing skills.
Requirements
3-5+ years of pre-litigation personal injury experience.
Excellent secretarial and clerical skills (telephone, typing and computer).
Good communication and customer service skills (must be professional and courteous).
Organized, self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
Experience handling files.
Preparing letters and documents.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
