Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic engineering teams to ensure robust system design and seamless component integration.
Develop new product cost estimates, re-cost existing products, and support quoting activities
Coordinate and manage outsourced activities related to new product development.
Provide hands‑on support for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new and existing designs.
Source components effectively, support manufacturing operations, and provide technical expertise throughout the production lifecycle.
Support Customers, Sales, and Marketing by delivering effective engineering solutions to complex heavy industrial challenges.
Lead the concept development, design, and analysis of industrial products, including machined components, steel fabrications, forgings, and castings, using SolidWorks.
Review, qualify, and implement engineering change requests as required.
Create and maintain bills of material, production routings, inspection plans, and work instructions.
Maintain a continuous focus on manufacturing processes, ensuring new products, design enhancements, and engineering changes are effectively integrated into production.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering using SolidWorks/CAD.
Experience with heavy equipment or automotive is desired.
Must be able to maintain reliable attendance.
