Location: 127 East Main Street, Suite 131, Middletown, NY 10940
Vibrant downtown location near Orange Heritage Trail, a 19.5‑mile walking/biking trail, surrounded by many restaurants and major shopping centers
Multi‑provider practice with General Dentist, Pediatric Dentist and Periodontist
What you’ll bring to the team…
Clinical Expertise:
Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced procedures.
Treatment Planning:
Develop comprehensive plans based on patient needs and preferences, educating patients and parents for informed decisions.
Patient Care:
Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care; build positive relationships and a comfortable environment.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Work with the team to ensure smooth operations; guide protocols and best practices.
Adherence to Protocols:
Follow established clinical protocols, infection control, safety measures, and referral guidelines when needed.

What we require you have…
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited school
