We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full‑time in the West Chester OH, just 25 miles N of Cincinnati OH. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long‑term relationships with them while providing high‑quality chiropractic care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys helping as many patients as possible reach their health and wellness goals through chiropractic care. We are a true family chiropractic office, seeing patients in all stages of life, for all types of problems including sports injury, work comp, personal injury, and family wellness, so the chiropractor must be willing to help those of all ages. Duties:
Perform initial exams and re‑exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education regarding diagnosis, 1‑1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre‑ and post‑treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take‑home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Provide chiropractic care: adjustments (Diversified Full Spine, Extremities, Activator, Thompson Drop, Instrument adjustments, Flexion Distraction) and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow‑up to ensure treatment goals are being met—reassessments
Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic through internal and external marketing (occasional)
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in OH
Schedule:
Full time
Compensation (range):
$90k–$150k/year (depending on experience and bonuses)
