Responsibilities

Provide direct medical oversight and collaborative care for orthopedic telehealth patients in Texas (remote).

Consult with patients, coordinate care plans, and support care navigation within a value-based care model.

Collaborate with the Icon Health provider network to ensure timely access and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Education:

MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school

Licensure:

Texas

Certifications:

Board certification in Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or similar
