Also responsible for providing internal medicine services to patients. Patients trust us to receive the right personalized care where and when they need it – in our care centers, at home or virtually – to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.* **Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:*** Assists market leadership in developing and executing comprehensive and coordinated clinical programs, improving clinical excellence and quality, and/or providing clinical oversight of care in one or more domains.* Provides patient care in one or more areas as physician on a daily basis.* Collaborates with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (where required) and care management teams and reviews patients with case managers.* Develops and improves training practices and materials.* Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.**Requirements:*** Requires MD or DO and completion of residency such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics.* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing physician in hospital medicine, primary care, or specialty medicine required.* Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or board certification.* DEA license required.* Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.**\*\*The posted compensation range represents the national market average. Compensation for roles located in premium or high-cost geographic markets may fall above this range.
