Physical Therapist - Stockton, California
The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.
This role is different because Physical Therapists at WelbeHealth:
Lower patient volumes no more seeing 3-4 patients an hour
Form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints
Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines
Have work/life balance - no hours of documentation after work hours
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; master's or doctoral degree preferred
Two (2) years in a clinical setting with the frail or elderly population preferred
Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
Current CPR certification preferred
We are seeking Physical Therapists who ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
