Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
Proficiency in a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) beyond basic user functions
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Multilingual capabilities, particularly relevant to workforce diversity or international operations
