Extensive hands-on experience with both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (THT) assembly lines in high-volume, High-Mix Low Volume manufacturing environments, Accountable for providing functional expertise in testing of printed circuit board assemblies using Flying Probe Testing, ICT and MDA test equipment. Test Fixtures development & maintenance. Prepare and publish test reports / summary reports & Debugging test failures## Job Description**Your Roles & Responsibilities –*** Programming knowledge of Flying Probe, ICT, and MDA equipment.* Familiarity with SPEA 4080 (added advantage).* Expertise in developing ICT fixtures.* Ability to troubleshoot and set up test fixtures.* Basic understanding of DFT (Design for Testability) principles.* Skilled in addressing false failures and driving yield improvements.* Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and ability to interpret schematics.* Understanding of electronic components and their functions.* Capability to generate and analyse test data/reports.* Knowledge of PCBA level debug and preparing failure reports.* Experience in internal and external customer interactions.* Maintaining and servicing test fixtures.* Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing technical documentation.* Ensure documentation complies with company standards, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.****SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS******Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge*** Able to comprehend and follow technical documents and/or literature.* Familiar with the latest available tools or standards, as well as industry techniques and practices to solve technical problems.**Experience Level with Business Tools*** Proficient in utilizing business tools such as:
