Facility & Grounds Officer , you will be responsible for general maintenance of the interior and exterior of the facility, ensuring buildings, equipment and grounds are maintained to a high standard. to learn more about working at Limestone Coast Local Health Network! Key Responsibilities: Undertake general facility maintenance, including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and mechanical tasks. Maintain external areas through grounds maintenance, rubbish collection and upkeep of outdoor spaces. Identify maintenance issues and carry out repairs or report faults as required. Support the safe and efficient operation of the health unit by maintaining facilities and equipment in line with standards.
