job for our Alpharetta Headquarters. Reporting into the Director of M&A and Strategic Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will work collaboratively with commercial, operations and finance teams to provide management with timely business, strategic and financial analysis. Position Summary

As the company transitions to a globally recognized public entity, the Senior Corporate Finance Analyst will be a critical analytical engine for the entire Finance organization. This high-impact role provides the core financial modeling, analytical horsepower, and strategic support across corporate finance, treasury, and risk management functions. The

Senior Financial Analyst

will leverage advanced financial modeling to inform major capital allocation decisions and will drive operational efficiency through treasury and risk management support. This role provides a unique opportunity to build scalable processes and contribute directly to the financial foundation of a new Arclin. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Analysis Financial Modeling Mastery:

Own the development of sophisticated financial models including, but not limited to, Global cash forecasting, Net working capital (NWC) forecasting, Capital expenditure (Capex) forecasting, project finance capex (IRR and payback) analyses, 5-year Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), 3-statement models, and Discounted Cash Flows (DCFs). AOP Development:

Build and continuously improve the long-range AOP financial model, effectively translating corporate objectives into measurable financial targets. Business Partnership:

Serve as a key financial partner to functional leaders, providing data-driven insights to support critical decisions, including capex, and operational efficiencies. Capex Project Analysis:

Build financial analyses for major Capex proposals, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment with long‑term strategic goals. Treasury Operations & Working Capital Capital Structure Support:

Support management of the lender model for quarterly compliance reporting, debt covenant compliance, and evaluating optimal financing strategies for credit facility management. Working Capital Optimization:

Drive working capital optimization initiatives by analyzing inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable cycles to unlock cash flow. Capex Reporting:

Partner with SMEs to aggregate and report on Capex project spending, ensuring accurate data is consolidated for inclusion in the annual budget and cash flow forecasting. Insurance Program Support:

Support the end‑to‑end annual renewal process for all corporate insurance lines by gathering exposure data and analyzing proposals with advisors and brokers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing. Claims & Loss Analysis:

Support the claims management process, analyzing loss data and trends to identify root causes and partner with internal operations teams on effective loss‑control initiatives. Stakeholder Management:

Eventually serve as a primary point of contact for insurance brokers and carriers, preparing regular reports for leadership on program performance, significant claim activity, and the Total Cost of Risk (TCOR). Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of

4+ years of progressive experience

in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting. Demonstrated exposure to treasury and risk management functions preferred. Experience evaluating a capital‑intensive manufacturing business is also preferred. Advanced Financial Modeling:

Demonstrated mastery of building complex, financial models from scratch for annual & long‑range planning, capital project evaluation, and M&A. Technical Proficiency:

Expert‑level skills in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred. Analytical Mindset:

Proven ability to think critically, connect disparate data points, and translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategy. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CFA) are beneficial.
