We're seeking a talented Senior Tax Accounting Associate who is passionate about advising entrepreneurs and business owners. Here, you won't just crunch numbers; you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial futures of private businesses.

Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders, owners, and executives to advisethese organizations through tax compliance, tax accounting, and business transactions Performtax and accounting responsibilitiesto set the organization up forsuccess Research and address complicated tax and accounting issues Advise ownership on tax issues, bank loans, business transactions, etc. Advise ownership on impact of decision on overall wealth as well as family succession planning Implement tax strategies Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required 3+ years of prior public accounting experience Ability to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally CPA is highly preferred but not required Working Conditions: This is an in-office position with some flexibility.
