Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an IAM Analyst - Charlotte to join their team. As an IAM Analyst - Charlotte, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the IAM team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) program by facilitating processes and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Process user access requests for applications, systems, and platforms, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding of users.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and security leadership to safeguard systems and data through effective identity governance.
Monitor and enforce adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Investigate and resolve access‑related incidents, collaborating with security operations to remediate vulnerabilities.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in information security or IT operations with a focus on IAM.
Hands‑on experience with identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD.
Strong understanding of RBAC, IAM principles, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
