a dynamic and innovative company dedicated in the logistics industry who is looking for a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team and contribute to their success.

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee all aspects of payroll processing and related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including but not limited to calculating wages, deductions, and overtime accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.

Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain employee records and ensure seamless integration between payroll and other HR systems.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed for management and accounting purposes.

Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).

Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
