Monitor and maintain site server/system to provide server/system administration and technical support for site IT infrastructure system as well as assist the IT Operation Supervisor in all other related duties pertaining to IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities Monitor and maintain site IT system and infrastructure in order to maintain IT operation compliance with existing ISO, ITILv3, Microsoft Operation Framework, IT Governance Common Standards, IT control objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley and IT security (BS17799). IT system and infrastructure are successfully monitored and maintained in accordance with all the existing standards and regulations.

Conduct daily/morning check/monitoring of site file/print server, server/blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs, to ensure stable and greater reliability of dedicated site ICT portal. Site ICT Portal is well‑ensured, stable, and has a greater reliability.

Monitor, manage and maintain the condition and information (movement, repair, assignment and returns) of assets related to IT including PC, laptop, server, network switches, routers, radio equipment and mobile phone. The condition and information of assets related to IT are correctly monitored, managed and maintained.

Conduct trend analysis of system incidents and recognizing problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to ensure all problems are fully corrected while maintaining document backup report/log, patches and service pack updates on dedicated IGS portal site and periodically test backup to ensure reliability.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure. The SHE responsibility meets the intended outcome – SHE risk well maintained.

Education Bachelor's Degree of Any Major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min 1 year experience in the same field

Good knowledge, understanding, and experience in handling Radio Communication setup and troubleshoot, including VSAT

Good knowledge of ITIL, IT Topologies and Structure

Demonstrated competency in supporting Windows XP/Vista/7/1 maintenance and troubleshooting

Good understanding in Corporate IT infrastructure and Corporate IT Security

Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade and tape backup hardware

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
