Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities:
review medical charts; evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; modify programs based on patient progress; provide therapy for communication, cognitive, and swallowing deficits; complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes; comply with productivity and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Current state SLP license (Master's degree with CCC required); LTC experience preferred; strong knowledge of Medicare documentation; excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment:
