Oasis HCHB RN Home Health Position in Niagara Falls, New York

RNs are needed for a Home Health position in the Niagara Falls, NYarea. The ideal candidate would have experience in assessing and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit, completing evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs, administering Physician-prescribed medication, dress or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress, keeping the patient comfortable through palliative care and provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies. 13 Week Contract

8a-5p

Full time- 40 Hour weeks

Mileage reimbursements from worksite to worksite

Job requirements

Experience working with Home Care Home Base

Active RN License

Active BLS through AHA

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

At least 6 months of recent Oasis and HCHB experience
