Physician Assistant (PA)
to join our Metro Outpatient Clinic located near 31st Avenue and Peoria in Phoenix. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in an
integrated primary care and behavioral health setting . The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and committed to improving health outcomes for a diverse member population.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of members across the lifespan.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with physicians, behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and care coordination teams.
Conduct evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care in alignment with evidence-based practice and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record.
Participate in integrated care team meetings, quality initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
Promote whole-person wellness through education, prevention, and culturally responsive care.
What We’re Looking For
Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
National certification (NCCPA).
DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred; behavioral health or integrated care experience a plus.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative approach to team-based care.
