Job Summary The project manager will report directly to the General Manager with minimal day-to-day supervision, to provide outstanding customer service to our customers that need their homes rebuilt. Will have an understanding and history in construction and or remodeling. This position includes capturing documentation and signatures required, scheduling customers and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program daily, and ensuring agreed upon scope of work is completed in full. Above all, ensure superior customer satisfaction. Estimating is not a requirement of this position, but is a plus.
Responsibilities
Intake new losses via phone and email on occasion
Manage construction jobs and trades with daily scheduling.
Update software for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
Update XactAnalysis/and program work.
Communicate effectively to customers, insurance adjusters, internal and field staff.
Job done on time & to the customer’s satisfaction.
Gain in knowledge of trade in fire, water & mold damage restoration and reconstruction.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Will have an understanding and history in construction and or remodeling or restoration industry
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.
Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.
Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
