$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
Program PLCs, HMIs, and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, control system, and automation issues.
Develop and maintain detailed control system documentation, including schematics and logic.
Support the commissioning of new equipment and the upgrade of existing machinery.
Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell Automation PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and associated software (Studio 5000 Logix Designer).
Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying HMI/SCADA applications (e.g., FactoryTalk View SE/ME, Ignition).
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and control system architecture.
Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo systems, and motor control applications.
Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting industrial vision systems.
Familiarity with MES/SCADA integration and database systems (e.g., SQL).
Understanding of industrial networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
