A Junior Graphic Designer with Photoshop & Illustrator skills focuses on creating visuals (logos, social media graphics, web elements) using raster (Photoshop for photos/complex textures) and vector (Illustrator for scalable icons/illustrations) tools, requiring strong design fundamentals, a portfolio, and often basic InDesign/UI knowledge, to support creative teams in digital & print. You'll build assets, maintain brand consistency, and adapt feedback to produce high-quality, brand-aligned designs for various media.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation: Develop graphics for social media, websites, print materials, ads, and icons.

Image Editing (Photoshop): Manipulate photos, create digital paintings, and prepare images for web/print.

Vector Design (Illustrator): Design logos, scalable illustrations, infographics, and typography.

Collaboration: Work with senior designers and marketing teams, incorporating feedback.

Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines.

Essential Skills & Tools

Adobe Creative Suite: Core proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator; often InDesign as well.

Design Principles: Understanding color theory, typography, layout, and branding.

Digital/Print Knowledge: Ability to design for both web (UI/UX basics) and print.

Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, organization, and communication.
