Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects.
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation for complex engineering initiatives.
Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical abilities to address technical and production challenges effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
