Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Oversee all product quality inspections, testing, and final release processes. Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring, to ensure quality of incoming materials. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality through data analysis and lean methodologies. Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Recruit, train, and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles. Proven leadership ability to manage, mentor, and develop a quality team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100) Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and management Job Titles That Should Apply
