Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
Lead internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Manage root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Oversee supplier quality management and monitor incoming material quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Strong knowledge and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience integrating quality processes with ERP/MES systems
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100)
