Specific responsibilities include:* Leading the deployment and integration of Workday Financial modules within the company.* Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that system configurations meet the regulatory and compliance standards specific to the life insurance industry.* Facilitating the collection, analysis, and migration of financial data across systems.* Developing customized reports and dashboards to meet the needs of the finance department.* Providing training and ongoing support to end-users of the Workday Financial Management system.* Continuously monitoring the system’s performance and making adjustments as necessary to enhance functionality and user experience.Key Skills* Profound knowledge and expertise in Workday Financial Management implementation.* Strong understanding of financial regulatory reporting as mandated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) specifically for the life insurance sector.* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.* A proven track record of successful project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Hands-on experience in data migration and system integration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
