About the Role Our client, an established private equity firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Investor Relations Analyst to join their team in New York. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-2 years’ experience) who is eager to learn the fundamentals of Private Equity and Investor Relations. You will play a key role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of the IR team while contributing to investor communications and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Maintain and update investor records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Inbox Monitoring:
Track incoming investor inquiries, acknowledge receipt promptly, and coordinate follow-up responses.
Create Investor Content:
Coordinate and execute investor communications, including newsletters, presentations, and announcements.
Investor Reviews:
Support preparation of standard investor review materials, including data inputs and formatting.
Administrative Support:
Provide general assistance to the IR team on ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience:
1–2 years of professional work experience, preferably in Financial Services or Private Equity
Interest:
Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about Private Equity and Investor Relations.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills are critical.
Creativity:
Ability to design engaging LinkedIn posts and graphics; enthusiasm for owning social media initiatives.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication; professional and proactive in investor interactions.
