$90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Lead and direct the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee all quality assurance activities, including inspection, testing, and process control.
Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non‑conformances.
Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure product quality from design to delivery.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
In‑depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience with advanced quality planning tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
