About the Role Are you a "people person" with a knack for sales and customer service? We are looking for an energetic and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team in Providence, RI!

As the first point of contact for our apartment community, you are the ambassador of our brand. You will manage the sales process from start to finish - greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, and ensuring our current residents receive exceptional service.

What You Will Do

Sales & Tours:

Greet prospective residents, identify their needs, and provide engaging tours of the apartments and amenities to close sales.

Lead Management:

Respond quickly to phone inquiries and internet leads, tracking all activity to maximize occupancy.

Resident Experience:

Provide top-tier customer service to current residents and guests, helping to resolve concerns and build community spirit.

Marketing:

Assist in marketing the property by knowing the competition (conducting market surveys) and highlighting our unique features.

Events:

Help plan and host resident retention events and promotional activities.

Administration:

Process lease applications, prepare lease files, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policy.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or leasing.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Availability:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed to support business hours.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn property management software.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to interact positively with vendors, residents, and team members.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License is required.

Compliance & Training

Must be willing to complete Harassment and Fair Housing certification upon hire (training provided).

Must possess basic arithmetic skills for calculating prorated rent and deposits.
