The Data Concern Remediation Management Central Intake team is responsible for ensuring that Data Concern submissions meet defined standards before they are sent for assessment. The Data Quality Lead Analyst manages the Intake phase for a set of Businesses/Functions and collaborates with submitters and Data Domains to progress or disposition each submission in an efficient and accurate manner. This newly created team provides exposure to senior management and influence on the operating model design.
Responsibilities
Manages the DCRM Intake phase for a set of Businesses/Functions and engages with senior leaders to drive process improvements
Reviews quality analysis results and dispositions data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Reports Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Supports senior management strategic vision
Trains new team members
Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
6‑10 years experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs and improving operational efficiency; Banking or Finance industry preferred
Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi‑mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions
Education
Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred
