The Data Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the development and delivery of the Elite platform, a modernized Loan Origination System (LOS) built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
This role is responsible for identifying reporting needs, eliciting functional requirements, and ensuring application features align with business objectives through data analysis, reporting, and consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and address data and reporting needs. Understand business processes that support regulatory, financial, and compliance reporting requirements. Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and use cases for new or enhanced application features. Facilitate individual and group requirement‑gathering sessions, using targeted questioning to uncover detailed business needs. Provide data analysis, reporting, and advisory support to business partners and project team members. Develop and deliver standardized, special, and ad hoc reports to support business decision‑making. Track and drive deliverables to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure consistent delivery and communication. Required Qualifications
Proven experience in business analysis or data analysis, preferably within a technical or software‑driven environment. Familiarity with regulatory, financial, and/or compliance reporting standards. Proficiency in creating documentation, workflows, and analytical reports. Solid understanding of Regional Banking and/or Commercial lines of business. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting platforms built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similar enterprise systems. Experience working on loan origination, financial services, or regulated enterprise platforms.
