07.2025 ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Description Summary/Objective The THP Administrator leads Hanna Center's Transitional Housing Programs for current and former foster youth ages 16-21. This position ensures that all services align with Hanna Center's trauma-informed, youth-empowerment framework, and meet regulatory and contract standards. The Administrator oversees program operations, supervises staff, oversees budgets, and collaborates with external partners to promote long-term youth stability and success. Program Leadership Oversee daily THP operations and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered care Maintain compliance with THP+FC/THP+ standards, Community Care Licensing, and funder requirements . Set and monitor program goals, outcomes, and service benchmarks. Staff Supervision Supervise and support house coordinators, and other THP team members. Conduct staff trainings, performance evaluations, and team meetings. Promote professional development and a healthy team culture.

Youth Services Ensure participants receive tailored service plans focused on education, employment, life skills, and housing. Monitor progress and provide crisis support or intervention when needed. Champion youth voice and autonomy in decision-making.

Partnership and Collaboration Act as a liaison to county agencies, community partners, and housing providers. Represent Hanna Center at relevant meetings, coalitions, and events. Build partnerships to enhance youth services and resources. Attend meetings and collaborates with program leaders.

Budget and Compliances Oversees program budget, rent subsidies, and stipends. Maintain documentation for audits, licensing, and funding reports. Ensure accurate and timely financial and case reporting.

Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in youth services or housing programs, including 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of THP+FC, THP+, and California foster care systems. Must have or obtain Group Home/STRTP Administrator Certification.

Skills Strong leadership and organizational skills. Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in case management and program reporting systems.

Additional Requirements Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation. DOJ/FBI background clearance. Occasional evening/weekend availability. Group Home Administrator Certification

Manages budgets, stipends, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance. Maintains adherence to licensing, contractual, and legal requirements. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting. Uses data and feedback to guide program improvements and solve challenges proactively.

Work Environment Typical office and clinical environment. Responsibilities may include offsite meetings, trainings, or other activities as required by business needs.
