- Flexible Terms: Open to Locum Tenens, Locum-to-Permanent, or direct Permanent placement.
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No weekends or on-call required).
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Neurology Clinic.
- Group Dynamics: Join an established group of 3 physicians with a dedicated support staff including an RN Navigator and 4 Medical Assistants.
- EMR: Epic.
- Patient Load: office/clinic patients per day.
- Demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric.
- Procedures:
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
- Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
- Board Certification: Required.
- Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) State License is required.
- Certification: Active BLS.
- Background: Clean background is highly preferred.
- NPDB: Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required for submission.
- Commitment: Must be available for full-time hours (40 hours/week).
