We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Production Worker with food and beverage experience to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe food production environment • Adhere to hygiene procedures and food safety standards to prevent contamination (GMP minimum requirement) • Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals • Maintain physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment • Support daily production targets and communicate effectively with team leads Qualifications • Previous experience in food production or general manufacturing preferred • Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene protocols • Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Communication & Inclusion Requirement Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in a diverse team environment.
