The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. * SK Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication between production associates, leads and management staff, by ensuring that established policies are properly adhered to.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop production associates to ensure the attraction, development and retention of the best talent.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment including personnel development, training, safety and housekeeping.
  • Implements plans and processes that have been developed in consultation with the Production Manager that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
  • Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations.
  • Work with the Production Manager to ensure product quality and on-time delivery is consistently maintained.
  • Develop and recommend policies/procedures for security, maintenance and operations, as well as plan systematic programs for preventive maintenance.
  • Assists in the designing, improving, and installing of equipment and systems to improve plant efficiency as well as to meet plant needs.
