Position Overview Title: Guest Services Specialist
Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class customer service and act as the guest’s liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System hospital and the surrounding community.
Possess advanced computer skills.
Become proficient in reception, registration and check‑in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Self‑motivated team player with 1 year of demonstrable success in a high‑stress, fast‑paced work environment.
Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
Minimum 1 year related field experience and 2 years customer service.
Education
HS graduate or equivalent GED required.
Associate’s Degree preferred.
Health science specialization preferred.
