is seeking a

Customer Advisor

to join our retail team.

Hourly rate: £12.40–£14.13 for selected London locations, increasing after 6 months in role.

About the Role You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, helping customers at the tills, advising and working in the back shop. Responsibilities include:

Help customers, listen, answer questions and offer great advice about our products

Promote in‑store offers and schemes, ensuring customers receive the information they need

Assist with shop floor displays and stock management, ensuring products are well presented

Collaborate with teammates to provide a clean, welcoming shopping experience

Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service

Qualifications

Full training provided; looking for individuals who excel in a fast‑paced, varied environment

Excellent communication and listening skills

Team‑player attitude and promotes a collaborative dynamic

Attention to detail – understand that small actions make a big impact on customer interactions

Passion for representing Boots and helping customers find the right products

Desirable Skills

Experience providing customer care and delivering great service (not essential)
