About The Role We are seeking a QA/QC Lead to support the construction of a large‑scale Meta data center. This role ensures that Inside Plant (ISP) fiber installations, documentation, and construction practices meet rigorous standards for reliability, scalability, and compliance. You will lead daily audits, enforce best practices, and manage project documentation using ACC software.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily QA inspections of fiber installations, routing, labeling, and termination within ISP environments
Utilize ACC (Advanced Construction Controls) or similar platforms for real‑time documentation, issue tracking, and project updates
Monitor installation teams and subcontractors for adherence to project specifications and industry standards
Develop and implement QA plans for various field construction activities
Promote a culture of process optimization and safety compliance across teams
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans to validate accuracy
Conduct safety training and enforce OSHA and NEC compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of fiber optic cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, etc.) and ISP infrastructure
Experience with QA/QC processes in telecom or data center environments
Proficiency in ACC or similar construction/project documentation platforms
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities for team training and cross‑functional coordination
Familiarity with OSHA and NEC compliance requirements
Preferred Certifications
BICSI Technician or Installer
FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT)
OSHA 10/30
PMP or equivalent project coordination experience
