role at VetJobs. This on-site position supports manufacturing quality assurance for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and specified tolerances. Responsibilities
Perform analyses and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products from manufacturing to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Conduct qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples and aid in maintenance and calibration of test instruments and apparatus. Prepare and monitor quality statistics and reports; review production records for conformance to procedures. Conduct non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged, or tested products. Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with additional technical training sufficient to perform required basic calculations, assembly/test, and computer operations;
less than 1 year of experience Must be able to perform nonconformance processing and interpretation of engineering drawings, manufacturing planning, and test plans; able to initiate nonconformance documentation Ability to support a three-shift operation including weekend and holiday overtime Desired Skills
Quality assurance experience in aerospace or related field Understanding of mechanical, electrical, coatings and bonding processes Basic knowledge of GD&T and proficiency with SAP, VE-CAMS, and AF Experience with laser inspection equipment and NDE processes Additional Information
