Job Description Your Job: We need high-performing, experienced, and passionate Social Worker professionals to provide direct and indirect social work services (e.g. assessment, supportive guidance, referral and follow-up) to MHS patients and their families.
Your Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work
LMSW/LCSW licensed by the Texas Board of Social Worker Examiners.
1 year of experience in health related setting.
Your Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and openly
Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
Be accountable for your performance
Always look for ways to improve the patient experience
Take initiative for your professional growth
