United Surgical Partners International, Inc (USPI) is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist at Baylor Scott and White Surgicare North Dallas.
Job Overview Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, nights or calls.

Surgical Technologist at Baylor Scott and White Surgicare North Dallas
Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures.
Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification as required by state and/or center.
Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
Must possess strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed.
Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians.
