Job Description
Delivers presentations, leads teams, and provides workflow design for clinical and informatics‑related processes.
Supports quality and regulatory‑related committees from agenda preparation, documentation, and presentation design, adviser and maintenance of minutes, when requested.
Participates in the development, implementation, education, evaluation, and revision of the policies and procedures process of the organization.
Collaborates and effectively communicates with the multidisciplinary team to implement evidence‑based practice and national guidelines for ongoing clinical practices.
Integrates support for action plans and improvements with related regulatory and accreditation standards to promote compliance.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)
Master's of Nursing
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $68,132.50 – $119,520.35
