In this role, you'll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements
Current RN license and CPR certification 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What We Offer

The wage range for the role is $39.00 - $52.00/hour. Compensation will depend on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
