Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Hangs/removes parts from the line Inspects and approves products staged for movement to next department Enters and moves all incoming and outgoing product, via tracking system, through blast department Routes correct production to each work station Has sufficient knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment to blast parts to meet production levels and troubleshoot simple repairs Maintains a clean, organized, and well‑kept department Ensures department as a whole produces a quality product in an efficient and safe manner Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed Work Environment
Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. unassisted Various chemicals used in process Must be able to repetitively bend, lift, kneel, and twist Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day along with the ability of pushing and pulling wheeled carts Benefits to All Employees
