What You’ll Do
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff during service Maintain service standards, pacing, and guest flow throughout the dining room Act as a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and resolving issues with grace Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team Assist with training and staff development Uphold Bartolo’s culture, values, and commitment to hospitality Who You Are
2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant Fine dining experience preferred Calm, confident, and decisive under pressure Deep understanding of hospitality, service timing, and guest experience A natural leader who earns respect through consistency and integrity Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for food, wine, and thoughtful service (Spanish cuisine and wine knowledge a plus) What We Offer
