Responsibilities Responsible for supervision and coordination of a broad spectrum of day‑to‑day clinic operations, providing supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Acts as a leader in cost control, economic utilization of staff, materials and equipment, oversees supply inventory, ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels that demonstrate fiscal responsibility, and consistently demonstrates service excellence and professionalism to achieve optimum results. All other duties as assigned.
Oversee accurate, efficient, safe, high‑quality, compliant, and productive operations of assigned medical practices in accordance with state, federal and local regulations.
Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards.
Foster a patient‑centered environment focused on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Compose practice schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels to carry out efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Demonstrate service excellence and professionalism, motivating the team to achieve optimum results.

Requirements
Associate’s degree with two (2) years supervisory experience required.
In lieu of a degree, 3–5 years of healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
Minimum two (2) years of healthcare supervisory experience.
