Make a Difference

The Ambulatory Registered Nurse working in Community Support Services will work in an office setting administering drug screens, drawing labs, injections, processing refills/prior authorizations, overseeing medication compliance/reconciliation, and performing assessments for patients with severe and persistent mental illness.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Valid Indiana Driver's license and proof of auto insurance; Driving record that adheres to Community Health Network requirements

RN experience preferred; previous behavioral health experience strongly preferred
