PHARMACY/TECH TRAINEE – Smith's Food & Drug Centers
Join a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy supporting Kroger store pharmacies. Responsibilities include preparing orders for pharmacist review, packaging, shipping, inventory control, and assisting with order shipping as needed. Responsibilities
Collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment – complete automation canister product replenishments.
Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of product.
Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery.
Pack individual orders for shipment.
Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes.
Perform tasks associated with general production.
Maintain departmental standards, keeping workstations clean and organized.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and security.
Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding the same.
Support company Health and Wellness initiatives.
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks.
Desired Experience
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment.
Experience with automation and product replenishments.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health regulations such as HIPAA.
Commitment to customer service and safety.
