Overview We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a patient-focused outpatient clinical team in Atlanta, GA.
Location Atlanta, GA 30305
Shift All shifts available | 5×8 Shift
Pay Travel Pay: $1,640/week
Local Pay: $37/hr
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for office visits by reviewing medical history
Collect clinical information including height, weight, vision/hearing screening, and vital signs
Document patient information accurately in the medical record
Complete POE and address care gaps during patient encounters
Prepare exam rooms and equipment
Assist practitioners during procedures as needed
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Active Georgia Practical Nurse License or compact state license required.
