$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Masis Professional Group has partnered with a local manufacturing company and is seeking a Process Engineer. This role is a direct hire in Holyoke, MA. Our reputable Holyoke-based client is seeking a driven Process Engineer to become a vital part of their dynamic team. This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits. Develop and maintain detailed shop routings for components and assemblies to streamline production. Support capital expenditure requests by preparing supporting data and documentation. Create product structures, assign raw materials, and determine tooling costs for accurate job quotations. Establish and oversee cost and performance standards, perform occupied time studies, and analyze manufacturing processes to maximize ROI. Manage essential databases including tooling, item master, work centers, and wastewater treatment records. Collaborate with Design and Product Engineers during design review meetings. Respond effectively to customer inquiries, addressing manufacturing or delivery challenges proactively. Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred). 4+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, familiarity with rates, cycle times, and QAD. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and time studies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret print drawings and GD&T standards. Strong mathematical and logical reasoning abilities. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with manufacturing process optimization tools and software. Knowledge of wastewater treatment and chemical management. Advanced skills in statistical analysis or process simulation. Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum of four years’ experience in manufacturing, with a focus on lean practices and process improvement. Familiarity with ERP systems such as QAD. Other Requirements:

Ability to work approximately 45-50 hours per week. Dependability in adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving.
