Overview
Position: Production Associate II (Seamer Operator)
Schedule: 4 on 4 off; 12-hour night shifts; 6PM - 6AM
Salary: $29.88
Location: DeForest, WI

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Associate II will be responsible for performing various manual or mechanical product functions by operating and adjusting production equipment to meet customer specifications and perform troubleshooting on equipment as required.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery on the press line and maintain a steady flow of product.
Feed raw material into feeder.
Clear all line and elevator jams, and restart machinery as required.
Perform all quality assurance checks in a timely manner.
Standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking for extended periods of time.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Perform repetitive finger/hand/wrist movements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
Able to communicate effectively (read, write, comprehend) in basic English.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complicated verbal and written work instructions.
Able to work the assigned schedule and overtime as required.
